How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your INTAKE account and all associated personal data, send an email to our support address below. We will confirm your request and permanently delete your account within 30 days.

We will process your request and confirm permanent deletion within 30 days of receipt.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently and irreversibly removes all personal data linked to it, including:

• Email address and authentication data
• All meal logs and nutrition data
• Health metrics (weight, hydration, steps)
• Medications and supplements data
• Fasting logs
• Workout logs
• AI Coach insights and meal suggestions
• Profile information and preferences
• Strava connection data (if connected)

Deletion Timeline

Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. Encrypted backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before automatic purging from backup systems.

Note: Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes and cannot be linked back to your account.
